Monday, July 24, witnessed a tragic incident. At least twenty six people were martyred and over fifty were injured in a suicide attack in Lahore. Many people are still under treatment and are said to be in critical condition. The attack has raised an important question: Why is the Punjab government not allowing the Rangers to carry out an operation in the province?
Also, the provincial government hasn’t even announced monetary compensation for the injured and for the families of the deceased. The higher authorities must take steps to wipe out terrorist from the province.
