Official vehicle attacked in Karak

KARAK: Some unknown miscreants attacked the vehicle of the Pak Public Works Department with a hand-grenade on the Indus Highway.
The police sources and eyewitnesses said that two persons wearing helmets hurled the hand-grenade on the vehicle parked near a hotel on the Indus Highway. The vehicle was partially damaged in the attack. The assailants escaped.
The sources said the Superintendent Engineer of Pak PWD Hidayat Afridi, Engineer Sadullah and driver remained safe as they were not in the vehicle at the time of attack because they were having lunch in the hotel.
