Body to examine YDA demands

LAHORE: Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education Secretary Najam Ahmed Shah constituted a committee to examine the demands of Young Doctors Association (YDA) and seeks its recommendations within 15 0days.
According to a handout on Monday, Prof Dr Muhammad Alfareed Zafar, Vice Chancellor Faisalabad Medical University, would be the convener of the committee whereas Prof Junaid Sarfraz Khan, Vice Chancellor University of Health Sciences and Prof Dr Khalid Masood Gondal, Chairman Department of Surgery, King Edward Medical University would be the members of the committee. The committee may consult with any other department (if needed) through Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department.
