Make-A-Wish hosts dinner for int’l wrestlers
KARACHI: Make-A-Wish Foundation Founding President Ishtiaq Baig hosted a dinner reception at his residence in honour of int’l wrestlers, including Tiny Iron from the UK, Flash Gordan from France, Yasin Usmani from Algeria and Badshah Khan from France.
These int’l wrestlers are visiting Pakistan for the promotion of a grand wrestling bout to be held in May in Pakistan where 25 world renowned wrestlers from the WWE will take part. Dinner was also attended by PWE CEO Pir Syed Asim Ali Shah and its directors, Ishtiaq Baig, Dr Mirza Ikhtiar Baig, Imran Baig, Ch Shahzad Akhtar, leading businessmen and showbiz personalities.
Make-A-Wish Foundation previously granted a wish of a terminally ill child Tanzilur Rehman who wished to meet WWE world champion John Cena. Tanzil, along with his family, was flown to the US where he met John Cena and spent some time with him. Tanzil also attended John Cena’s RAW event as his special guest.
