Drug pusher who murdered cop killed in encounter

JARANWALA: A drug pusher killed Satiana police ASI while he was also killed during encounter at Makoowana on Wednesday.

ASI Bashir Zia was carrying accused Iqrar to the Central Jail Faisalabad on his private car. In the meantime, the accused snatched a pistol from the cop and shot him dead. Later, he tried to flee from the spot with handcuffs. However, the police chased the criminal and allegedly killed him during encounter.
