Star Marketing holds ‘Halla Gulla Night’
LAHORE: Star Marketing held ‘Halla Gulla Night’ inter-regional drama and artistic performance competition as a part of its 11th Annual Award Ceremony.
Veteran drama artists from Lahore and Karachi attended the event on Saturday to encourage the participants and to enjoy the wonderful display of young talent at the Drama Competition.
Teams from all the five regions – Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Islamabad and Peshawar – took part in the talent gala, as the participants entertained the audience with compelling performance and lit up the environment.
The teams competed for the best drama, best dance and best singing performances. Each team staged a 10 minutes dance performance, a 20 minutes drama and a singing performance.
Marketing CEO Star Wasiq Naeem was the chief guest, while MD Ikhlaq Ahmed and Regional Director Asif Rasheed were the guest of honour.
The Karachi Arts Council president, Anjum Shah, was the chief adjudicator of the talent competition. The CEO awarded the certificates and award to the position holders.
The performances were so well prepared that it was virtually impossible to arrive at a winner, said Anjum.
