Two workers injured in factory roof collapse

LAHORE: Two workers were injured when the roof of an oil factory caved in at Green Town on Saturday. Rescue officials said workers were busy in work in the oil factory near Qadri Chowk when the roof of the building collapsed because of its dilapidated condition. Two workers, Muhammad Azhar and Abdul Sattar, were trapped under the debris.
Their colleagues started removing the debris to evacuate them. They also called rescue teams who removed the debris, evacuated the victims and admitted them to hospital. The condition of the victims was stated to be stable.
