ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has summoned meeting of heads of all major political parties on September 10 to ensure fair and transparent Local Government elections in the Punjab, Sindh and Islamabad.
The ECP has decided to consult with the leadership of major political parties on upcoming Local Government elections and letters would be written to the parties’ head in this regard, said an official of the commission talking to APP on Sunday.
