WASHINGTON: Chairperson of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC), Mirwaiz Maulvi Umar Farooq, has termed as ‘unfortunate’ attempts by the Indian government to prevent Kashmiri leaders from attending a reception by Pakistan’s High Commission in New Delhi.Kashmiri leaders have been invited at a reception on Sunday evening in the honor of the adviser to the Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz, who will lead the Pakistani delegation at the talks with Indian officials scheduled for next week, a report by Wall Street Journal said on Thursday.
