ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister of Defence Khawaja Asif on Sunday expressed doubts over Altaf Hussain being a Pakistani.
According to details, Asif said that no Pakistani can ever seek assistance from an enemy state, even though he may have several disputes with the institutions. “There was no probability of him being a Pakistani as no Pakistani would ever seek help from enemies,” he added.
In response to Indian allegations against Pakistan, the minister said that the neighboring state is taking recourse to falsehood. He said,”We should be aware of India. New Delhi has to eat dust for declaring one of its citizens a Pakistani.”
“India levels false and baseless allegations against Pakistan. We need to be cautious in the presence of such an enemy,” he said. Pakistan should not be falsely accused for the worsening affairs across the border, Asif added. Our houses, localities and cities are safe due to the sacrifices rendered by the Pakistan Army which must be remembered.
