Training concludes

PESHAWAR: Five-day training themed, “Democratic Governance, Rule of Law and Civic Rights” concluded here on Sunday.The training was organised by a non-governmental organisation, Centre for Governance and Public Accountability (CGPA) here.
A total of 21 participants hailing from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata) including six women, journalists, members of the civil society and students from Khyber, Mohmand, Waziristan, Bajaur and Orakzai agencies attended the workshop. Mudassir Alam Tahirkheli, a known legal expert, delivered lectures about the topic. The participants thanked the CGPA for holding the training and said it enhanced the knowledge of tribal media persons, women-folk and members of civil society.
