Minor boy, woman perish in road crashes

Three people, including a minor boy and a young woman, lost their lives in different road crashes on Thursday.
Five-year-old Shahyan, son of Shahid, was playing outside his residence in the Ittehad Town police limits when a vehicle ran him over in Baldia Town.
While crossing a road near the University of Karachi, Masooma, 25, wife of Mushtaq, died after a vehicle ran her over in the Mobina Town police area.
In another road crash, Muhammad Ibrahim, 38, lost his life when he was hit by a bus near the Al-Asif Square at Super Highway in the Sachal police jurisdiction, while he was crossing a road. After the accident, the bus driver managed to flee, leaving his vehicle abandoned.
