‘I’m walking here’

I would like to draw attention to the irresponsible behaviour of certain residents living in upper-floor flats who dispose of household litter and garbage by throwing it onto the narrow streets below. This careless practice not only pollutes the environment but also endangers pedestrians. Such actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for public hygiene and civic responsibility. I urge the concerned authorities to take immediate and firm notice of this growing nuisance and to impose strict penalties to discourage this unhygienic and dangerous practice.
