Suffering commute

The daily commute between Hyderabad and Jamshoro suffers from the absence of a modern, efficient transport system. While cities like Lahore and Islamabad have reaped the benefits of metro rail networks, this key educational and professional corridor remains neglected. A dedicated metro train connecting Hyderabad, Qasimabad, Tando Jam and Jamshoro would bring transformative change.
I urge the Sindh government and federal planning authorities to prioritise this project before the crisis of urban sprawl and unsafe travel deepens further.
