Forced out

Israel seems to be planning to relocate the entire population of Gaza into a concentration camp. The Israeli defence minister has reportedly laid out plans to move the entire population of Gaza to a camp outside Rafah, a city already reduced to rubble. According to the minister, the camp is going to be a ‘humanitarian city’, but Israeli human rights lawyers and holocaust professors do not agree. To them, it is the displacement of the Gaza population into a border concentration camp, followed by deportation. The International Court of Justice, which has previously shed light on Israel’s illegal actions in Gaza, must immediately take notice of this plan and act to prevent Israel from committing another war crime.
