Wajidullah Nagari summits Mount Everest
KARACHI: Pakistani mountaineer Wajidullah Nagari has successfully reached the summit of Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak at 8,848 meters.
Nagari, hailing from Gilgit-Baltistan, has previously conquered several of Pakistan’s highest peaks, including K2, Nanga Parbat, Broad Peak, Gasherbrum I, and Gasherbrum II. His ascent of Everest marks a significant milestone in his mountaineering career and brings pride to the nation. Ali Asghar Jamali, CEO of Indus Motor Company, while admiring Nagari’s achievement stated “Wajidullah Nagari’s triumph on Mount Everest is a testament to human resilience and determination.
