Judge upholds Gandapur’s arrest warrant in arms, liquor case
The judge upheld the arrest warrant and adjourned the hearing to June 19

ISLAMABAD: Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti Tuesday expressed anger over non-presentation of the execution report by the police on the arrest warrant for the KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the arms and liquor recovery case.
The judge upheld the arrest warrant and adjourned the hearing to June 19.
During the hearing of the case, registered by the Khanna Police Station, assistant lawyer represented Gandapur. The police did not submit the execution report to the court on the arrest warrant on which the court expressed its anger and upheld the arrest warrant for Gandapur.
