Hot weather forecast

LAHORE:Very hot and humid weather with partly cloudy conditions was observed in the City here Tuesday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours. Met officials said moist currents were also penetrating in upper and central parts of the country while a westerly wave was also affecting western and upper parts of the country. They predicted that hot and dry weather was expected in most parts of the country. Rainfall was witnessed in several cities across the country. Tuesday’s maximum temperature was recorded at Jacobabad where mercury reached 49°C, while n Lahore, it was 40°C and minimum was 29°C.
