ISLAMABAD: The Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) on Monday nominated Muhammad Ejaz Swati, acting Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court (BHC) as Chief Justice of the same high court.
Meeting of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) was held here in the Supreme Court presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi being the Chairman of the Commission. The Commission by consensus nominated Muhammad Ejaz Swati, acting Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court (BHC) for his appointment as Chief Justice of the same high court.
