Hearing in Toshakhana case against Zardari, Nawaz adjourned
Vehicles reference was transferred to the FIA court after the restoration of NAB amendments

ISLAMABAD: Special Judge Central-II Court Humayun Dilawar Tuesday adjourned hearing on the presentation of a challan in the Toshakhana vehicles case against President Asif Ali Zardari, former prime minister and PMLN President Nawaz Sharif and others.
During the hearing on Monday, the FIA could not present the challan. The prosecutor told the judge that the statements of witnesses were being recorded and the challan will be presented after completion of the process.
The court adjourned the hearing until May 30. The vehicles reference was transferred to the FIA court after the restoration of NAB amendments.
