PARACHINAR: A 43-year-old man was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in the Bagzai area of Lower Kurram district on Tuesday. According to police sources, the bullet-riddled body of Khalid Rehman was recovered from a deserted place. Shortly after the incident, the banned militant outfit Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility for the killing,This targeted killing has sparked fresh concerns over the deteriorating security situation in the region.
