Hot weather to continue

LAHORE: Very hot weather with partly cloudy conditions was witnessed in the city here on Saturday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions with chances of scattered rain for the next 24 hours.

Met officials said the highest maximum temperature in the city was 37°C and lowest was 23°C. They said there was chance of scattered rain during the next two days across the city while windstorm may also occur in various cities of the country. Meanwhile, the average AQI in the city was 73 while the PM2.5 concentration was 4.2 times the WHO annual PM2.5 guideline value.
