UoE attains distinction
LAHORE : The University of Education (UoE) has secured a position among the top 600 universities globally and is ranked 29th within Pakistan in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2025 which has released the rankings of universities across 35 Asian countries.
According to a press release, the report states that compared to the previous year, the UoE achieved a prominent rank based on significant improvements in research, teaching, and global industrial development. Vice Chancellor of the university Prof Dr Aqif Anwar Chaudhry, congratulated the faculty, administration, and students of the varsity, stating that the varsity holds a distinguished position in terms of student enrollment and geographical reach, making it one of the renowned and largest universities in the country.
He added the University has attained recognition not only at the national level but also internationally. The enrollment of foreign students at the varsity is a positive testament to its global standing.
