Youth Development Centre to be set up at UHS
LAHORE:Prime Minister's Green Youth Movement (GYM) focal person Fahad Shahbaz announced that a Youth Development Centre would be established at UHS within the current year. He made this announcement during his visit to UHS on Wednesday.
During his visit, Fahad Shahbaz said that the centre would serve as a dedicated hub for medical and health sciences students, offering guidance and mentorship on various youth-focused initiatives launched under the PM’s vision for youth empowerment. These include opportunities in entrepreneurship, climate action, digital skills, and civic engagement. Speaking to students and faculty members, Shahbaz emphasised the importance of actively participating in the government’s youth programmes. The PM’s Youth Programme is designed to equip young people with the tools they need to succeed.
