Imran files two separate petitions in court
Jail authorities did not implement the court’s first order regarding talk to the children
ISLAMABAD: Two separate petitions were filed by the founder of PTI Imran Khan in the court of the Special Judge Central.
The petitions, filed through lawyers Zaheer Abbas and Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry, requested that the children be ordered to be talked to him on a weekly basis. The jail authorities did not implement the court’s first order regarding talk to the children. The second petition was filed regarding the regular medical check-up of the founder of PTI and it was said that the medical check-up of him is not being conducted.
It was requested that Dr. Muhammad Asim Yousuf, Dr. Faisal Sultan and Dr. Samina Niazi be allowed to conduct the medical check-up of the founder of PTI.
Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry appeared on behalf of the founder of PTI. However, due to the unavailability of Judge Shahrukh Arjumand, the hearing on the petition will be held on April 14.
