Upgrade over expansion

Last month, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reportedly said that the government had decided to establish a most modern university while utilising the amount of GBP190 million received from the UK’s National Crime Agency (NCA). Currently, many of our graduates struggle to secure jobs despite having the right qualifications.

And yet, we are still trying to establish more new universities. It would be wiser to spend the recovered money on improving the existing universities so that our graduates have more opportunities.
