President reconstitutes Islamabad Subordinate Judicial Service Tribunal
This tribunal has been specifically established for service matters of subordinate judiciary, including disciplinary matters

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has reconstituted the Islamabad Subordinate (Subordinate) Judicial Service Tribunal.
Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro has been appointed as the Chairman while Justice Muhammad Azam Khan and Justice Inam Amin Minhas are the members.
The Ministry of Law and Justice has issued a formal notification for the reconstitution of the Islamabad Subordinate (Subordinate) Judicial Service Tribunal.
The president used the powers vested in him under Section 3 of the Islamabad Subordinate (Subordinate) Judicial Service Tribunal Act, 2016 in this regard.
This tribunal has been specifically established for the service matters of the subordinate judiciary, including disciplinary matters.
