LDA teams conducted operation against illegal commercial buildings and commercial fee defaulters and sealed 61 properties in different areas.
LDA teams sealed 20 illegal commercial properties in New Muslim Town, 12 in Faisal Town and 29 properties in Sabzazar. The properties sealed included private schools, restaurants, workshops, food points, shops, offices, etc. The operation was supervised by Chief Town Planner Asad-uz-Zaman.
Meanwhile, LDA DG Tahir Farooq visited Tollinton Market and inspected the ongoing works by Wasa and LDA. He was told that a sewage system was installed in Tollinton Market and the boundary wall on the back side was completed while work was progressing rapidly on the facade and construction work was accelerated inside the market.
