Former AJK PM to be indicted on April 12
Tanveer’s lawyer appeared in court and filed an application for exemption of his client from appearance

ISLAMABAD: The court of Judicial Magistrate Ahmed Shahzad Gondal has distributed copies of a Challan against former AJK PM Tanveer Ilyas in a case related to misuse of diplomatic passport and fixed the next hearing for indictment.
Tanveer’s lawyer Babar Khan appeared in the court and filed an application for exemption of his client from appearance. The court provided copies of the Challan to the lawyer and adjourned the hearing till April 12. The case had been registered by the FIA.
