Tracking portal to handle complaints introduced
LAHORE:The Punjab Safe Cities Authority Monday introduced a modern tracking portal to ensure the effective and timely resolution of complaints received through 15 helpline. The primary objective of the portal is to enhance transparency in the system of public service centres and keep citizens informed about the latest status of their complaints and requests.
The portal will provide real-time updates on complaints registered under the Virtual Women Police Station, the Virtual Centre for Child Safety, and the Virtual Centre for Minorities. Each applicant will be assigned a username and password, enabling them to check the current status of their complaint at any time. If citizens are not satisfied with the resolution of their requests or service, they can provide feedback and file additional complaints. Citizens can check the latest status of their complaints at https://feedback.psca.gop.pk/.
