Man stabbed to death at Surjani home
A man was stabbed to death in Surjani Town on Wednesday. The incident took place in Sector 11-A, where 45-year-old Abdul Aleem, son of Abdul Karim, was fatally attacked with a knife inside his home. Police shifted the body to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
Surjani Town SHO Ghulam Hussain Pirzada stated that initial investigations suggested Aleem had an argument with his sister and brother-in-law, which escalated, leading to the fatal attack. Following the incident, both suspects fled the scene, raising suspicions of their involvement in the murder.
The police said Aleem had separated from his wife two years ago and had been living with his sister and brother-in-law since then. He worked as a plumber. Authorities have recovered the murder weapon, and further investigation is underway to locate and apprehend the suspects.
