‘CM Internship initiative vital to development of youth’
LAHORE:Additional Secretary Sports Punjab Mian Usman Ali said that the Chief Minister Internship Programme is underway quite successfully and this programme has great significance for the development of youth across the province.
He said this while presiding over an important meeting regarding Chief Minister Internship Programme at the Punjab Stadium on Monday. Different issues of Chief Minister Internship Programme especially ATM cards of internees were discussed in detail during the meeting. Chief of Digital Bank of Punjab (BoP) Nofal Daud, Director Youth Affairs Syed Umair Hasan and other officials attended the important meeting. The Bank of Punjab officials gave a detailed briefing about the delivery of ATM cards in the meeting. Additional secretary sports Punjab directed the officers concerned to resolve all issues of Chief Minister Internship Programme especially issuance of ATM cards and their delivery as early as possible. Addressing the meeting, he further said that Youth Affairs and Sports Department Punjab is taking effective measures for the bright future of talented youth. “Our youth has been blessed with plenty of potential in multiple fields and the CM Internship Programme is providing a suitable platform to our talented youngsters to utilize their abilities and skills in their respective departments”.
