Rs3.25m released for cops’ medical expenses

LAHORE:Punjab Police released Rs3.25 million to cover the medical expenses of injured personnel from various districts.
According to a police spokesperson, Constable M Asim received Rs1.5 million, while ASI M Murshid and Constable Amir Farooq were granted Rs500,000 each. ASI Abdul Ghafoor and Constable M Ashfaq were allocated Rs300,000 each, and Constable Bilal Arshad received Rs150,000. The spokesperson stated that these officers sustained injuries during various incidents in the line of duty.
