PARACHINAR: Demolition of bunkers also started in upper parts of Kurram tribal district on Wednesday.

The sources said that dismantling of bunkers had started in various areas of upper Kurram, which would continue unabated until all trenches demolished to restore a lasting peace in the district.

Meanwhile, the closure of the main road and all transportation routes for the past four and a half months has caused severe difficulties for the residents.

Due to the lack of medicine supplies, medical stores have been forced to shut down. The patients and their relatives are facing severe hardships due to non-availability of medicines.
