UNDP Pakistan issues NHDR report 2024

LAHORE: The UNDP Pakistan in partnership with Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and CODE Pakistan held the 2nd provincial launch of the Pakistan National Human Development Report (NHDR) 2024 titled “Doing Digital for Development-Access, Adopt, Anticipate, Accelerate.”
Key representatives included UNDP Assistant Resident Representative Ammara Durrani, PITB DG IT Waqar Naeem Qureshi, and ADG Qazi Afzal.
The event showcased “Tech Tales” by women entrepreneurs and featured “Digitalks” on the transformative potential of digital platforms in justice, inclusion, and human rights. UNDP emphasized equitable access to digital tools as critical for Pakistan’s human development.
