LAHORE: A 17-year-old girl was allegedly abducted by unidentified individuals in the South Cantt area of Lahore on Monday. The police have registered a case and launched efforts to recover the girl and apprehend the suspects.
According to initial details, the victim, a resident of North Cantt, went missing under mysterious circumstances while on her way to the market. The girl's brother filed a complaint, stating that she left home for shopping but did not return. He suspects that unidentified persons abducted her from the market. The police confirmed that they have registered a case based on the complaint and initiated an investigation. “Efforts are underway to recover the girl, but no substantial clues have been found so far,” said a police spokesperson.
