Azlan Shah, a resident Wari in Upper Dir, had secured first position in the 10 km Lahore International DHA Marathon race. Deputy Commissioner Upper Dir Naveed Akbar, MPA Yamin Khan, and Malik Gul Ibrahim Khan congratulated Azlan Shah on his achievement.
