Sons, brothers of fallen cops appointed in KP police

PESHAWAR: The capital city police officer on Wednesday handed over recruitment orders to the sons and brothers of 29 policemen who were martyred in terrorist attacks including the victims of the Malik Saad Shaheed Police Lines bombing.
All the sons and brothers of the martyred cops were recruited as assistant sub-inspectors. Speaking on the occasion, Capital City Police Officer Qasim Ali said the bravery of the fallen heroes would be written with golden words. Addressing the newly recruited youths, Qasim Ali said that like their predecessors, they too should come forward and play a role for the restoration of peace and fight crimes and social evils.
