Humid weather forecast

LAHORE:Hot, humid and partly cloudy weather was recorded in the City here on Thursday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.

Met officials said that moist currents from the Bay of Bengal were penetrating upper and central parts of the country while a westerly wave was affecting upper parts. Rainfall was recorded in some cities across the country. Thursday’s maximum temperature was recorded at Nokkundi, Dadu, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mohenjo Daro, Rahimyar Khan and Khairpur where mercury reached 42°C while in Lahore, it was 34°C and minimum was 27.5°C.
