SWABI: Unidentified motorcyclists shot dead a member of the Dispute Resolution Council (DRC) here on Friday, police officials said.
District Police Officer Shakeel Khan said that Rahat Khan, Razaar Tehsil president of the DRC, was on way home when he was targetted by two motorcyclists.“The motorcyclists opened fire on him when he was crossing the nearby bridge,” he added.
Police officials said though the deceased had property issues with his relatives, they ruled out their involvement in the incident. A case has been registered in the Kalu Khan Police Station against unidentified attackers.
