IPP Punjab Women Wing office-bearers nominated
LAHORE: President of Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) Women Wing and MNA Dr Munaza Hasan has nominated Taskin Imran Khakwani as President of IPP Punjab Women Wing and former MPA Rubina Nazar Sulehri as General Secretary.
According to the notification, it has been decided to mobilise Women Wing at district and tehsil level across the Punjab province. These nominations of the IPP Women Wing Punjab have taken place after the approval of the Central President of IPP Abdul Aleem Khan.
In view of the current political situation in the country, IPP’s Youth, Labour, Lawyers, Businessmen and Traders Wings are also being activated soon besides starting the process of party membership across the province.
Expressing her good wishes for the two new women leaders, Dr Munaza Hasan said that women are an important segment of our society, whose insights and abilities will be fully benefited. IPP is in favour of providing ample opportunities for the practical expression of leadership skills to men and women without distinction, she added.
