CM Punjab Pink Games from May 2

LAHORE:First CM Punjab Pink Games 2024 will be held at various venues in the provincial capital from May 2 to 5, 2024.

DG Youth Affairs Punjab Pervez Iqbal, in this regard chaired a significant meeting at the National Hockey Stadium on Tuesday to oversee the preparations. He informed that women teams from universities and all divisions of the province would participate in these games. He outlined that the event would feature competitions in seven sports, including athletics, hockey, basketball, archery, tape ball cricket, badminton, and table tennis. Expressing the purpose behind organizing the First CM Punjab Pink Games, Pervez Iqbal emphasized the promotion of sports activities among women in line with the vision of CM Maryam Nawaz. He reiterated the commitment of the SBP to provide ample playing opportunities to nurture the sports talent of women in the province. Director Sports Yasmeen Akhtar, Director Admin M Kaleem, and Deputy Directors Zahoor Ahmed and Ata ur Rehman attended the meeting.
