Man commits suicide over domestic issues

LAHORE:A 44-year-old man was found hanged from a ceiling fan in a Raiwind house on Sunday. The deceased was identified as Hamad, son of Shamshad of Sahiwal. In the preliminary investigation, it has been found that the man committed suicide over a domestic issue. After collecting all the evidence from the crime scene, the police sent the body to the mortuary for post-mortem. Police said that further investigation will be done after the post-mortem report.

Man stabbed to death

A 37-year-old man was stabbed to death on Bedian Road here on Sunday. The deceased was identified as Zahid, son of Roshan Ali of Khairpur, Sukkur. The killer (s) administered a poisonous substance to render Zahid unconscious before carrying out the fatal stabbing. Edhi volunteers have shifted the body to the mortuary.

Roof collapse leaves three injured

Three persons were injured when a roof of a house collapsed in the limits of Gawalmandi police on Sunday. Upon being informed, Rescue 1122 personnel reached the spot and removed the injured from the debris and shifted to the hospital.
