PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Tuesday disposed of the petition of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Peshawar chapter president and Member National Assembly Sher Ali Arbab after the government provided him with the details of the cases registered against him.
A two-member bench comprising Justice SM Attique Shah and Justice Shahid Khan heard his petition. He had filed the petition through his lawyer Syed Sikandar Shah Advocate seeking the details of the cases registered against him.
The bench disposed of his petition after the government provided him with the details. Syed Sikandar Shah appearing for the petitioner told the court that Sher Ali Arbab was a member of the National Assembly and had moved the court to be provided the details of the cases registered against him so that he could appear before the relevant courts.
