LAHORE
Punjab University’s three-day annual book fair, 2016, will be held at the corridor of the university’s Institute of Education and Research (IER), New Campus, from Thursday.
In a press statement issued on Tuesday, PU Chief Librarian Haseeb Ahmed Paracha said the event would continue from 9am to 8pm till May 7, adding that renowned publishers from all over Pakistan were participating in the book fair. He said 140 stalls would be set up at the fair, adding that all the arrangements had been completed. He said noted personalities from all walks of life would be participating in the book fair, and books will be sold on highly discounted rates.
Meanwhile, PU students have won team trophy in “17th All Pakistan Debating Championship KEMU 2016” at King Edward Medical College Lahore.
exams, result: Punjab University (PU) Examinations Department has notified that the BCom Part-I & II Annual Examination 2016 will commence with effect from 9-6-2016 and 11-6-2016, respectively. Meanwhile, the PU Examinations Department has declared the results of BEd (Bachelor of Education) Second Annual Examination 2015. The details are available at PU website www.pu.edu.pk.
