ISLAMABAD: Terming the federal cabinet fake, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf spokesman alleged Monday that PM’s new cabinet appeared to be a continuation of unconstitutional caretaker government.

He said that the inclusion of names like Mohsin Naqvi in the federal cabinet had confirmed the partisan and unconstitutional role of the caretaker government and the Election Commission.

“Special gifts by joining the fake cabinet in exchange for the presence of special employees of the Sharif and Zardari family is an insult to democracy and the people. We completely reject the unconstitutional and fake cabinet formed on the basis of fake Form 47,” he asserted.

He was giving his reaction to the oath-taking of the federal cabinet members here. “PTI rejects the cabinet, which is based on fake mandate. In the last two years, the appointment of those responsible for pushing the country’s economy into the quagmire of destruction is nothing but anti-people,” he remarked.

The characters who suffered humiliating defeat at the hands of the people, he retorted, were going to take oath of fake and unconstitutional cabinet by showing extreme stubbornness and shamelessness.

After ‘electing’ the unelected people of the people to the posts of Prime Minister and President, the distribution of ministries to the rejected criminals is a slap in the face of the so-called democratic system.

He claimed the Pakistani nation is still paying the price for the ‘performance’ of more than 100-member cabinet of ‘Crime’ Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s PDM government.

The Pakistani nation, he continued, has raised its voice against the forcibly imposed criminals and has decided that they will not accept them under any circumstances. Such is the fear and frustration of the defeated people that after robbing the mandate of the people, they are pursuing unconstitutional attempts to silence the voice of the people by the use of force.

“Stop using the state machinery against the law to continuously insult democracy and the mandate of the people and refrain from trying to push the country into further instability,” he said.
