ISLAMABAD: The leave request of Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir was rejected by the competent authority on Saturday.
Judge Muhammad Bashir is currently presiding over high-profile cases against PTI founder Imran Khan in the Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi.
He had sought leave from his duties on medical grounds from January 24 until his retirement on March 14. However, the Ministry of Law and Justice did not approve his request. Following the denial, the judge withdrew his application.
