Dangerous festivities

Celebratory gunfire often leads to casualties, maiming, and injuries, especially in densely populated areas with limited space. Celebrations should bring happiness to others. Aerial firing, whether during election victories or joyous occasions, poses an unnecessary threat, especially in crowded neighbourhoods.
The use of unlicensed weapons, sometimes in the hands of young individuals, also points to a larger issue of unchecked illegal arms. This issue calls for urgent awareness campaigns about the perils of aerial firing in populated zones. Simultaneously, the authorities must enforce stringent measures to prevent the circulation of illegal weapons.
