India plotting stage-managed attacks to malign Pakistan
ISLAMABAD: A leading Pakistani security agency is in possession of a suspected plot by India to stage-manage “terrorist attacks” on its soil to malign Pakistan after New Delhi recently faced worldwide embarrassment due to the arrest of RAW terrorist Kulbashan Yadav by Islamabad.
A security official source said the military leadership has already been informed of the Indian plot whereas the information will be shared with the civilian government soon. The source said that India is planning another False Flag operation to malign Pakistan.
The aim of this drama is to present India as a target instead of perpetrator of terrorism, the source said while sharing some relevant information which became the basis for the suspected plot. The source said the Indian security agencies are feeding similar information from different sources that an alleged Pakistani is said to be planning terrorist attacks in India.
It is said that initially SP Kharagpur (West Bengal) recently “revealed” that an American National Mike Smith called Jet Airways call centre on March 22, 2016 and informed that a Pakistani National Abdur Razzaq is planning bomb blasts in Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.
After that the BSF, New Delhi, “revealed” that on March 24, 2016 Indian agencies received a message in which a USA national named "Mike Smith Darcia" informed about threatening calls from Abdur Razzaq regarding planning a series of blasts in different places in India including railway stations, churches, public places and airlines.
Then the Railway Police SP Kharagpur (West Bengal) again tried to endorse the same story on March 27, 2016 saying Mr John, a hotel owner in Dubai, informed receptionist of Hotel Raddison Blue, Paschim Vihar that in his hotel there is a guest named Abdur Razzaq from Pakistan who told him that there will be bomb blasts from 1100 to 1500 hrs at Hotel Raddison, Paschim Vihar, Dwarka, Hotel ITC Maurya, Hotel Oberoi, Hotel Kaniska, Bus Stop AIIMS, IP College Police Station Paharganj, Vasant Vihar Mall, City Saket, Galaxy Mall, D-Mall, Subhash Place, DLF Emporium, Pacific, Metro, IGIA, Pritampura, Dwarka, Welcome, Shivaji Stadium, Peeragarhi, Railway Station New Delhi, Akshar Dham Mandir, Escon Temple, Kalkaji, Balaji Gauri Shankar Temple and Indian Parliament.
He also mentioned flights Nos AY-022, RA-206, ex-511, 6E-301, 9W-260, AI-143 as being the targets of the terrorists. Then District Intelligence Branch Siliguri (West Bengal) also passed on the same information. It said that on March 28, 2016 Mr John (hotel owner in Dubai) made a call to Hotel Raddison Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, which revealed that a guest named Abdur Razzaq, who was staying in his hotel, had allegedly disclosed that 100 ISI representatives (who were involved in Pathankot attack) had entered India with a plan to target Mumbai, Kolkata, Allahabad and Banaras areas in April 2016.
Pakistan security officials say that the Indian intelligence agencies are continuously feeding reports alleging that a Pakistani National named Abdur Razzaq is involved in planning to target various sensitive installations/airports located in India and flights.
The Indian agencies further alleged that certain Pakistani numbers are in use of Abdur Razzaq. The reported numbers are +92512874000 (Rwp) and +9242111282525 (Lhr). Pakistani security agency officials, while analysing the trend of these Indian intelligence reports, insist that India is preparing stage-managed terrorist attacks to malign Pakistan.
