When Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor recently stepped outside, everything looked normal apart from one thing: his face

A facial bruise was quite visible on the ex-Duke of York's face.

What is that mystery mark on Andrew Mountbatten-Windsors face?

It is unclear how the former prince got the mark as spotted in photos of him leaving Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk today.

According to The Sun, it is a large red-purple bruise near his right eye which spreads across his cheek.

The mystery mark has raised fresh questions about the disgraced royal's overall well-being.

Notably, Andrew had been spotted with a bruise just weeks after a near run-in with a person who charged toward him.

He had been walking at the time with his mother's the late Queen Elizabeth's beloved corgis.

Immediately, the former Duke of York rushed toward his vehicle and sped away when the man reportedly sprinted toward him while screaming.

At the time, reports said Andrew was left "shaken" from the incident, prompting him to ask for his security detail to return.

Notably, the King Charles previously revoked his brother's security detail in 2024 after his ties with the sex offender Jeffrey Epstein emerged.

It is worth noting that currently several probes are underway of Andrew regarding his conduct throughout his life as a royal.

The ex-prince, however, strenuously denied any wrongdoing.
